WISE HD consultants work with every member of your organization. We offer a variety of packages to accommodate organizational change. Generally, WISE HD works with an organization for a period of 5 – 15 days spread throughout a year. Consultants meet with leadership to understand the unique needs of the organization and then author a customized plan for development.
