WISE HD provides on-site, classroom-based professional development for our partner schools. Our knowledgeable consultants and certified educators draw on the expertise of the entire staff to offer the latest thinking on 21st-century educational development.
On-site professional development at your school may include:

- Demonstration of creative and mindful practices that support educational innovation.
- Supporting administrators in building environments conducive to creative wellness.
- Coaching teachers in leveraging creative capacity.
- Assessing, planning, writing, and customizing professional development plans.

WISE HD educational consultants work with every member of the school. We offer a variety of packages to accommodate educational change. Generally, WISE HD works with a school for a period of 5 – 15 days spread throughout a year. Educational consultants meet with administrators and teachers to understand the unique needs of the school and then plan and write a customized plan for development. However, each school is unique, and many other configurations exist.
